The physicist Max Planck has developed a nutrition plan that promises weight loss of up to 9 kg in 2 weeks, as well as keeping the shape even after the diet.  

In order to achieve success, the diet and the entire program must be strictly respected.  

And this is how it works 

Breakfast:  

Only coffee without sugar and milk, nothing else on the first day, you can drink as much as you want.  

From the second to the fourth day you can eat a slice of bread with your coffee.  

-On the fifth day, add a snack of carrots and lemon to the coffee (a carrot salad sprinkled with lemon juice) 

-On the sixth day again only coffee and a slice of bread  

-On the seventh day you can add an unsweetened tea with lemon to your breakfast.

Lunch:  

-on the first day two boiled eggs and a portion of spinach  

the next day a lean meat steak and fruit salad  

-on the third day two boiled eggs and a salad of vegetables and tomatoes  

Cooked carrots and Swiss cheese on the fourth day  

-On the fifth day, stewed fish and tomatoes.

Fifth day: Steak and salad
