Who does not like Gogoşi? Fluffy, aromatic, sweet or savory, its smell is irresistible. Here’s a recipe for the best pancove gogosi:
- 600g flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 300ml of milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 tbsp oil
- Powdered sugar
- A pinch of salt
Mix for the dough a few tablespoons of warm milk, the yeast, two teaspoons of sugar and two tablespoons of flour. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Take a large bowl and add the remaining flour. Now add the yolk, the sugar and the salt. Then pour the remaining milk. After stirring, add a spoonful of oil, stir and let stand for 45 minutes.
Once it has rised, divide dough into two parts and roll each half out. Now form the yeast balls. Then fry the yeast pastry in hot oil. Put powdered sugar on it and enjoy!
