A simple, quick and delicious salad recipe!
- 2 salads
- a white onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 bunch of parsley
- garlic clove
- 4-5 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons flour
- twig dill
Wash and dice the vegetables (use only one onion half). Then add salt and pepper and cook everything in a pot. When the vegetables are cooked, add the washed salad and sliced dill. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the other half of the diced onion to the pan. Now add the flour to the onions and stir until the onions turn slightly brown. Now deglaze them with a cup of warm water. Then put the ingredients in the pot in which the vegetables and salad were cooked. Add pepper, salt and vinegar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
The soup can be served both hot and cold!
For those who want to add more flavor to the soup, smoked pork ribs or smoked bacon pieces can be added to the recipe in advance.
