• 200 g couscous
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 100 g feta diced
  • 1 chilli pepper chopped
  • 5 Tbsps sliced olives
  • Fresh parsley chopped



Put couscous in a pan and add the watter until cover,then boil until fluffy and all the watter has been absorbed. Remove from heat. Add diced tomatoes, cucumber, olives, chilli,feta and chopped fresh parsley. Add olive oil, sald and pepper to taste. Mix.  Now, you can enjoy it!
